Casualties of the event
There were two major casualties at this event, and one 996 GT-3 race car that wasn't able to participate this race event because of a damaged transmission. It was too bad that we didn't get to see the 996 GT-3 show off its racing ability.

This 996 GT-3 that
never made it to the race, it suffered transmission problem right from
the start.
Here are some before pictures of this factory GT-2 twin turbo 993 race car. The car was ordered from the factory as a turbo GT-2 class race car, I heard it cost something around $250,000 for this car.
Here are the after pictures, as the car was coming in on turn 12 the left rear wheel nut shaft broken off and the wheel came off the car during that turn and you can imagine what happened next.
