The high-mounted center stop lights have several individual bulbs in the strip.  If a bulb burns out, it can be replaced by desoldering the bad bulb from the circuit board, and soldering in a new bulb (use a fine tip soldering iron).  Bulb part no. is 999 631 135 90.
